As corporate entities are rethinking their roles in society in terms of engagement and enhancing societal good, they’re also rethinking the roles that employees play in enhancing their company’s corporate social responsibility.
PRO Active helps organizations bridge the gap between CSR activities and employee engagement through in-house training sessions and the development of meaningful community interaction.
During the in-house training sessions, participants learn to work as a team, develop leadership skills, practice communication strategies, and learn how to develop a strategy and roadmap for a community project. The employees will then implement their projects in the community as part of the company’s CSR portfolio.
